Mmmmm! Mmm! Yummy stamps! Let's break this one down. The zig zag and the background behind the coffee are both from Grunge 2, as is the 'Hey, Handsome' sentiment (how fun is THAT?!). The coffee cup cuteness is from Coffee Vol.1. As for the papers...those are Amy Tangerine goodness from American Crafts! LOVE!!!!
I clustered a corrugated heart with some buttons and added some May Arts burlap twine around the coffee panel for some added detail. LOVE IT!
