Three Shades of Green

Three Shades of Green.  That is the challenge over at Less is More this week.  I love that idea!  Greens can be so beautiful together!  I decided to pull out a cool background stamp that came in a Unity grab bag for my card.  It is part of the Bitty Background set.   I stamped it, simply, three times, each time in a different shade of green!

Just  A Note

*sigh*  Pretty colors!  I then added simple flower embellishments from Michael's on each square and finished the card by stamping the sentiment from the Heartfelt Sentiments set and adding just a big of green silk ribbon from May Arts!

Just a Note (detail)

After completing this card I decide that I really need to pull out my Bamboo ink pad from Momento more often.  The color is just SO pretty!   (That's the darkest of the three...the other two are CTMH colors.)  What color have you played with lately and loved?

Ooh, I'm sighing as well! Green is my TOTAL favorite color. I seem to love the more earthy colors, yellow, green, brown, some shades of orange...you work magic with these colors!!

Yellow! And lime green :) That Bamboo is gorgeous...must get that. Because, you know, I don't have enough ink.
Love those little resin flowers!

I love the stamp! Can you provide a link to the stamp? I quickly browsed unity's website but couldn't find it.

Really love this card idea. I'm not a card maker but have been thinking about making something. A simple yet striking design is the best!

Thanks, got your reply.

What did you mean i'm a "No reply" blogger? Is there some setting I should do in my profile? I've never heard of the term before!

This is great! Love the bamboo leaves ink, too - my recent go-to is the Momento rhubarb stalk. ;)
